I’m Beth

I have listened to MTM for about a Month Know - It has helped me a Lot - I started my Work in process back in Januarary.
Then in June Quit Smoking… Kept moving

Then Found MTM and It has really Helped me Keep Focused

Hi Beth! Welcome to MTM! You have taken the first steps to being an even better you - listening to Scott, moving, and visiting the forum. Congratulations on quitting smoking! I know how hard that is to do great job for kicking that habit to the curb! I suggest you start your own thread in the 100 Days Challenge. You’ll get heaps of support there from the many wonderful people here and make sure you check out some of the other threads. There is so much information available to you from our very knowledgeable moderators and fellow members. I look forward to seeing around MTM!

Click on this link: http://www.motivationtomove.com/forums/viewforum/40/ and it will take you to the 100 Day Challenge area. Start a new thread by clicking the “New Topic” link. Name your thread and start your challenge. If you are still not sure, read some of the other threads that are there. If you are still confused we will help you figure it out!
