Hi everyone. My name is Jim, a recent UCF graduate.
I am 5ft 7in, 137lb.
I have been working out on and off for a little over a year. I’d always get extremely motivated about working out and hit the gym for 2-3 hours at a time for about 3 times a week. But everytime i get into a exercise routine for more than a couple of months, I’d fall off my plan and slack off… Part of the problem is that most of the time I’d workout solo, and as Scott says, will power can only carry you so far.
My goal is actually to gain 13lb of lean muscle mass. My body fat is around 10%, and I’m willing to let that climb a couple percents to achieve my goal.
And like Scott, I’m a Tony Robbins fan. Been to a couple of his seminars. Been listening since EP 11, haven’t missed a show, even when i went overseas for a year. Lurked around till now. =D
