Joanne I love the screen name, and welcome to MTM land. Just one question, what are you “determined” to do and how do you plan on doing it ???

Welcome, Joanne! It would be difficult not to get something from this site. And if you need any help, just send a PM, and we’ll get right back to ya!

Hi Joanne!

Welcome to MTMLand!  grin You’re going to find this is one of the most supportive and encouraging communities out there, so with an attitude (and screenname) like yours, I know you’re going to do well.

Check out the rest of the forum and definitely think about starting your own 100 Days of Exercise challenge thread.  There’s nothing like the daily accountability and support you’ll get to help you reach your goals.

I’m glad you’re here!

Hi Joanne

From the tone of your posts and your screen name, I think you will be very successful.  Welcome to the forum and don’t hesitate to ask anyone for help, advice, or just plain motivation any time you think you need it.

Joanne,
Welcome to MTM land!!!!  I too enjoy your screen name alot too!!!  Please feel free to join us in the 100 Day Challenge!!! You will be cheered on and supported as you begin to move toward the life of your dreams!!  just take that first step and then repeat.  After a while all those little steps will add up to big steps.  just curious what type of activity are you looking at doing to help you move toward your goals??  I am always curious to see what others are doing to help them meet and exceed their goals.  Welcome again to MTm and if you need help, support, or some guidance you will find that here.
