Welcome, janet!

I hope you join us in the 100 Days of Exercise Challenge, and maybe even create a journal to share with us your thoughts and feelings, aswell as maybe document your day to day journey with your goals.

Hi Janet!

You’re not joking this is a wonderful site!  Between participating here in “MTMLand” and listening to the podcasts, you can really make some wonderful changes in your life.

What is it that drew you to the podcasts and the forum?

Hi Janet,

I just joined a month ago, and am still very much a newbie. I joined the 100 day challenge, and after 2-3 weeks decided to jump into the premium membership and it SMSM program. I am glad I had the first couple weeks to get a feel for motivationtomove.com before jumping in to the SMSM program. I felt really committed once I did make the leap.

Good luck!

Welcome to the forum, Janet.

You are right, the forum is a wonderful place.  It is filled with helpful and supportive people, who will encourage you.

What are your goals?  I know from my first hundred days, that you can’t accomplish your goals if you don’t know them.

Once again, welcome to the forum.
