Hi,

If you find a great site with workouts or instructions please post it here.

Cari, who is a new member, posted this wonderful link on her “introduce yourself-first steps” thread

http://www.cookinglight.com/cooking/hl/fitness/article/0,13803,326181,00.html

It has a whole list of workouts for different activities

Christina,

Thanks for posting the links.  Whether or not they are ever used, they are here when somebody needs them.  I also like those corny “8 minute” ones one youtube.

And it is great that you are a nerd because I would have never sorted through youtube for them!

Thanks again!

Wow… great thread, guys!  I don’t have any sites of my own to offer, but I’ll definitely be checking out all your links when I’ve got some free time!

Cheers,
Julie
