Sunday, Nov. 2 - well I didn’t have any candy on Halloween but I had a few the day before and the day after - I have to cut the kids buckets in half and get the candy outta here! I did good on Sunday through Weds.then started falling Thursday - today’s Sunday and I’m back up the two pounds that I lost! I walked and biked for an hour this morning and have to drink a lot of water to get that water weight off. Bah humbug to Halloween. And I just listened to one of Scott’s old shows on the weekend cycle.
