- Gym - 10 minute warm-up (elliptical), resistance (arms, shoulders, abs), cardio (elliptical - 12 minutes ~ then I crapped out)

Day 152 - Friday, January 18, 2008
- Gym - 10 minute warm-up (elliptical), resistance (legs), cardio (elliptical - 30 minutes; treadmill - 30 minutes/1.39 miles), stretching

I head off on vacation on Monday, so I`m not sure what kind of exercise I`ll be doing, or when I`ll be able to post.  But I`ll be wearing my pedometer every day to make sure I am staying active enough!  I don`t want to come back with a 10lb vacation weight gain, as I did last year!

It was certainly nice to be away on vacation - there were a number of snowstorms at home while we were away, makes me appreciate our time in the sun even more!

Day 153 - Saturday, January 19 through to Day 175 - Sunday, February 10, 2008
- hit the gym on only 4 different days for resistance and cardio
- played 4 rounds of golf, riding in a cart
- did a bit of touristy sight-seeing/walking around
- gained about 8 lbs!

Day 176 - Monday, February 11, 2008
- Gym - 10 minute warm-up (elliptical), resistance (chest & back), cardio (elliptical - 35 minutes; treadmill - 25 minutes/1.31 miles)

Day 177 - Tuesday, February 12, 2008
- Gym - 10 minute warm-up (elliptical), resistance (abs), minimal cardio (elliptical - 15 minutes), stretching

Day 178 - Wednesday, February 13, 2008
- Home - resistance - two and a half hours of shovelling snow!
