Day 92 - SMSM Day 1 - Monday, November 19, 2007
- Gym - 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical; resistance (chest & back, abs); 20 more minutes on the elliptical; stretching
- Home - treadmill for only 21 minutes (1.16 miles) ~ ran out of time, poor planning on my part ~ listening to the Daily Boost; stretching

I’ve restarted the SMSM program, to focus through the holidays. Today was tough. I’m fighting something, possibly a cold - and kept thinking about how “life gets in the way”.

- Gym - 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical; resistance (legs ~ although, it was somewhat modified - I’ve managed to pull a muscle or something in my left leg, and it’s causing me grief!)
- Usually I go home afterward to do the LSB on my treadmill. Today I just knew that it would be a challenge to get back on the treadmill once I got home. So I made a smart decision ((?)) and stayed at the gym to do 30 more minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.56 mi) listening to the Daily Boost
- Finished with stretching
