I’ve restarted the SMSM program, to focus through the holidays.  Today was tough.  I’m fighting something, possibly a cold - and kept thinking about how “life gets in the way”.

It sure did!  My goal for round 2 is to be as prudent with my food as I have been with my exercise so that I get a real gain out of it!

Day 103 - SM-SM Day 11 - Friday, November 30, 2007
- Gym - 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical; resistance (legs ~ although, it was somewhat modified - I’ve managed to pull a muscle or something in my left leg, and it’s causing me grief!)
- Usually I go home afterward to do the LSB on my treadmill.  Today I just knew that it would be a challenge to get back on the treadmill once I got home.  So I made a smart decision ((?)) and stayed at the gym to do 30 more minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.56 mi) listening to the Daily Boost
- Finished with stretching
