Hey guys! A couple days ago some of us were talking about starting up a Tatoo thread where all of us fellow MTMers could share a picture of our tatoos with everyone. This will be kind of fun! Show us your tats!!!! I wanna see some nice lines!!!!!!

Just one last thing: PLEASE keep things clean, folks. You know what I mean.

I only have one tatoo. I got it for my 29th birthday. I have two ladybugs on my left shoulder. The design was inspired by the French artist Carl Fabergé. I really need to have them touched up and I want to add some ivy to it. I may make that one of my future rewards. I can’t wait to see all of your tats!!!

Here’s mine. Both were done at Black Hills Tattoo and Body Piercing in Rapid City, SD. Gotta love the tats.

Nice work, ladies!

I always considered having a small butterfly done...then I worried that as I aged, it would become a moth LOL

I do have a tatoo on my left breast. I do not think a picture would be good on the web. Maybe someday a low cut shirt would be ok but not now. I got my tatoo in 2000. I just love it . It is a purple long stem rose.

I’m just snooping around and discovered this thread - it’s interesting to see the tats.  I don’t have any personally… you see, I have this thing about pain.  We don’t get along.  I steer clear of it whenever possible & life is good that way.  Some might interpret that as “cowardness” however I see it as knowing myself.  smile

Bree,
Great updated avatar!  Hmmm?  How would Shawn put it - Very slim and seAxy (?).  Btw, you mentioned that you got you tatoo in SD - are you from there?

I am from South Dakota! My family all still lives there, too. Most centered in and around Sioux Falls. My hubby and I went to college in the Black Hills, it was so beautiful.

Bree,
Yes, I agree the Black Hills region is gorgeous.  A few years back I was planning a roadtrip down to SD to see Mount Rushmore & the Badlands National Park - it looks so nice in the brochures.  Perhaps one day I’ll make it down there - it’s on my ‘things to do list’

I think we should bully Scott into a Black Hills camping trip for MTM! There’s nothing we couldn’t do there, including go to the best tattoo shop in the world. smirk At least, that’s my opinion.

I have two tattoos, both I designed myself, one is a butterfly on my right hipbone and a “girlie tribal” tattoo on my lower back...I’ll enlist my hubby to take pics of them.  I loved the feeling of getting tattoos!!!  Mine are in places that “people” don’t see very often. wink
