Chile-Garlic Dipping Sauce

I made this tonight to spoon over some sauteed tilapia.  It was delicious!

Chile-Garlic Dipping Sauce

from The Essential Eating Well Cookbook

Makes 3/4 cup

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup strong brewed green tea
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. rice vinegar
1 fresh red chile pepper, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, minced
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 tsp. honey

Combine ingredients in a small bowl.  Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Nutrition Data per Tablespoon:  17 calories, 1g fat, 2g carbohydrate, 179mg sodium
