For breakfast today I had one glass of orange juice, one banana, and a bowl of Oatmeal Squares.  Also my cup of coffee to go.  Good breakfast.  Paula, that is very scenic breakfast location, how cool is that.  Thanks for sharing with us.

I tried the Cereal Fruit plain Yogurt Combo that was mentioned here...Yum yum yum!  Like a low fat high fiber parfait!  I used All Bran Guardian (the store was out of my fiber1) its a little sweet so I didn’t have to add any splenda.  Defiantly going to try that again!

I had my WW pancakes again… the last of them, so I’ll have to make more this weekend, and a banana w/ coffee.

Today I had a WW english muffin with a yogurt based butter like substance (I like it better than the real thing), a bowl of strawberries and coffee.

That sounds yummy, Roxy.

I had 2 scrambled eggs with an ounce of munster cheese melted in and wrapped it in a tortilla. Really hit the spot, and got me through my gym time. Yesterday was my fiber cereal. Major difference.
