Hey guys,
Im putting my goals up here to share and so i have to check in and let you guys know my progress. been listening to this for ages! but i havnt got up here.
Goal 1) 6 Pack for the summer
Goal 2) Eat ‘healthy’ (more than normal)
Goal 3) Increase flexibility
This kinda stuff will hopefully increase self confidence, and make me feel happier. which i need!
The last year has been the worst for me, plenty of bad stuff and i got stuck down, seemed to binge drink and eat. i have been going to the gym for 6 months but not putting in my all.
So if you guys have any ideas on my goals or questions.
