Howdy everyone! Just wanted to get things kicked off in KC and see who else is around. I am on the Kansas side south of Olathe. Anybody else out there? Any Jayhawks, Wildcats or Tigers?

Oldest Moose I’ve ever visited. Dinner was a huge strip, salad, bread and baked potato for $8. Delicious!

I’m from St. Louis-home of Nelly and the 2006 World Series Champions, the St. Louis Cardinals! Of course, with the way they are playing I doubt they will be the 2007 World Series Champions

Two things…
1) Sad for you about St. Louis, but they must be better than the Royals… TERRIBLE BASEBALL PROGRAM!
2) What is that collection of numbers? I have seen it before… I am referring to the 207:190:139 thing. I assume it is something about weight and goal weight, right?

Hey there farmland-hardworking-midwest people!! How is it going? Any events coming up? I have my first 5k in 10 years coming up in September in Overland Park, KS (part of the Kansas City metro). What about you others? Anybody doing the MS 150 in Missouri, or the rails-to-trails stuff or cross-state rides?

Boy, do I have a long way to go before I am fit enough just to finish a measly 5k, but it will be great to do so!

LOL… sure. Maybe only for the 2 hours that you fly over the midwest, but you do qualify. Okay, anyone can qualify since the midwest is the heartland of all other territories!!!
