Hey everyone,
I’m Skyler and I love in California. You may have seen me around here a bit, but I wanted to kind of start fresh and talk for a bit. Give you all my story and introduce myself. Once again, my name is Skyler and I live in in the North Bay (of SF) in California. I joined weight watchers after when I was 230 pounds at age 19. Now I’m 20, but only 165 pounds. I started listening to Scott a few months ago, it seems like a while now. I love the weekely shows, and the daily ones are good as well. So, the reason I came on here was to state my goals. I’ve started an exercise scheudle that starts for me at 5am. I walk down to the gym, work out for an hour, then come back home to go to school or whatever after that. My goal is to maintain this everyday. The reason why I’m trying to focus so much, is that I want 6-pack in 3 months. Its a goal I have to get me going, and I want to see all the power inside myself to reach my goal. I know I can do it. So, my goal is to get that 6-pack in 3 months, and loose extra body fat along the way. I’m around 17.7% now, and I’d like to get to 12. Here we go!!!! Thanks everyeone!

Hey there little brother o’ mine. I’ve enjoyed seeing you around the boards for the last few weeks and getting to know you, and I’m glad that you took the time to reintroduce yourself.

Congratulations on losing so much weight, that really is a big accomplishment.  And good luck with the next phase, the “polishing up” phase that will make you into the super hottie that you know you are.

I have a similar goal for the next several months, to go from being a fairly slim person who is starting to like exercise to being in super shape and really feeling the power come from inside.

Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.
