Since we have so many tea lovers here on MTM I thought it would be fun to start a conversation about tea.  What is your favorite type of tea??  Also what kinds of things do you add to your tea to flavor it up?  Or do you have any special recipes using tea?? Let’s have some fun with this one!!  Scooby’s favorite tea at this point in time is by Celestial Seasonings, it is a Green Tea flavored with blueberries!! I like to add honey and some lemon juice to my tea to flavor it up.  There is also a White Pear tea that is one of my favorites as well.

Here is to healthy living,

When I got home tonight I all I wanted was a hot cup of tea.  I kept it simple, Lipton but with several fresh pieces of orange peel & a little sugar.  It was wonderful.

Thanks for starting this thread.

OK, I’m not a big tea drinker, but I’m gonna try some new ones. I do like the cold teas with pomegranate in them. But I drink way too much coffee, just had some tiramisu yum.

I’m a Celestial Seasonings fan too.  My favorite is Lemon Zinger.  If I really want to indulge on a cold evening, or after long wet kayak trip I add a shot of Grand Marinier.

The Sobe Iced Teas - my favorite is the Lean Green Tea, are also very good.

Got to drinking tea on my last job. I discovered Twining teas. The classic Earl Grey but I discovered a Earl Gray green tea thats even better. The Irish tea is nice to punch in a slow day, and I discovered a really great lemon tea from Twining too but couldn’t find it again. I guess I’ll have to go back and do a 45 min ride to the grocery around where I used to work.

I rarely drink tea since I mostly drink water but with my course beginning in a month I will probably get back to it. So I will be experimenting with tea again.

Mmmm tea. I like sweet tea, green tea, and white tea. The stronger the better. I just use sugar to sweeten my tea. I like Orange-Passion Fruit Green tea from Liptons, but I really like to get a strong indian tea if I can find one. I need to find a frilly hat for this tea party cool hmm

I have to have my two cups of coffee with Splenda and 2% milk in the morning or I am a zombie all day. On ocassion I have green tea so that I get all of the benefits I keep hearing and reading about. I drink my tea black, always. The only exception for that is when I have a bad cold. I like to put honey and real lemon juice in my tea then.

I love my coffee and tea. I drink alot of green tea. Hot or cold. In the summer I like to make sun tea. Always taste better than brewing it in the microwave.
