OK, Shawn and I have done it. Now it’s your turn. We want to see how wet your shirt is after a workout. Post as many as you like, and we all look like crap after a workout, so don’t be shy.

I only had my white t-shirt packed in my gym bag when I left my house yesterday morning, before I knew this contest was going to happen, so it may be hard to see my sweaty T but I want to strut my stuff anyways. I’ll wear a darker shirt next time. I think this is a great idea! This will be a great way to monitor everyone’s progress, too.

And yes, I was a little chilly, hush!

It’s candy!  red face  It’s the leftovers from Easter. I’ve been told “No more stealing Mommy, that’s mine”, so I won’t steal anymore of it.

I don’t have a webcam but I’ll see what I can do. If I can figure out the timer on my digital camera I’ll put up a couple pics.

Nothing gets by you Kevin, does it??

Nice work Emmi and Bree. Between all of us, we will break through Hoover Dam! smile

FYI… I’ll post pics tonight (camera is at home).

Dammit! I wish I had known earlier, you couldn’t have PMed me Bree, I had a 2 hour session on the ellipticrack machine, there wasn’t a dry spot on my shirt. Now it’s to late I wrung it out and hung it to dry 3 hours ago. Dam now I’m going to have to go back to the gym and do 2 more hours on the ellipticrack machine. Just to give you guys an idea how sweaty I was, I lost 6 pounds in liquid probably 7 with what was in my shirt.
Bree, I thought your shirt was tye dyed when I saw it.
Emmi, if your going to sweat that much you should at least wear a bathing cap, nice kitty pron! Sexay!
Kevin, what are you, like freakin CSI or something! I had to break out my magnifiying loop just to see the bowl.Kevin don’t forget!
Tim were waiting!
Heres my old ones.

Ah I always wear black shirts so its a lot less apparent but I would say on a great workout its very similar to Shawn

But some of these lasts days I sometime do a good work out but don’t sweat that much I wonder why. My body’s getting better ? or its because I eat better before one ?

Anyways go on sweating everybody It means its working !

Here it is… hot off the presses!

I usually wear a towel around my neck, however, I cheated and just let all of the sweat drip down into my shirt! cheese

This is after 45 minutes on the ellipticrack.

Holy cow Tim and Shawn - you better drink some water before you dehydrate.  That is crazy sweat!!!  I don’t sweat near that much...the most I get is a wet neck and hair.  Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

This is the best I could do on short notice. It wasn’t very warm this morning and I only ran a couple miles so I’m not ringing with sweat. I’ll get a better one later.
