Mango makes this drink a rich tropical blend. Different yogurt flavors vary the effect–peach is my favorite, but orange or apricot are good too. Don’t worry about mashing the mango flesh when removing it from the pit and the skin, because it’s going to be pureed. Adding soy powder boosts the protein to 17 grams.
1 cup mango flesh, frozen (from 2 medium mangoes)
2 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup peach or orange soy yogurt
1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
Juice of 1/2 lime
Directions:
In blender, combine mango, orange juice concentrate, soy yogurt, soy milk and lime juice and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve right away.

I forgot half of the ingredients (I think the lime is a really good idea, adds some zest), but put some oatmeal (2 spoons) and some walnuts, and it was DELICIOUS !!!
There you go Emmi,
1 1/2 cups diced fresh mango
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/4 teaspoons rose water
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
In a blender, combine the mango, orange juice, ice, honey, and rose water. Process on high speed until well-combined, about 30 seconds. Add the yogurt and process until frothy, about 45 seconds. Serve.
You can also add cardamom seed for a little extra flavor.

That’s one big Smootie, dude!
Hey I’m trying your smoothie recipe, Shawn, for tomorrow’s breakfast. I’m curious what the rose water is going to do. I’ve never used it before. I bought some for this and when I got it home and opened it I was tempted to dab some on my wrists and under my ear lobes! It smells very pretty.
