Welcome to the 100 Days of Exercise Challenge!
Here are the “Rules”
1. Commit to doing exercise for 100 Consecutive Days
2. Build in rest days 1-3 days per week (yes, rest days count toward your 100)
3. Plan a variety of activities to always have options
4. Post your results daily after exercise
ANY activity is allowed as long as it is an intentional exertion of effort resulting in prolonged heightened breathing patterns and lasting no less than 20 minutes.
So take a look at some fellow members’ 100 Days journals, and get started on your own!
*Make sure to list your Name (or username) in the thread title so we can all know who’s inspiring us!

And please remember, NEVER compare your level of activity to anyone else in the Challenge! We are all unique in our fitness level and lifestyles. Some of us here are on Day 5, while others are on Day 250. As you progress in this challenge, you will no doubt gain strength and wisdom that we hope you will share along the way.
