It was good to read your recent posts both here and in your journal. Just keep getting in as much exercise as possible. It seems like you’re looking for a routine again. I know I do better when I’m in a pattern.
Hey Emmi! You’re doing great fitting it in with everything else on your plate! I’ve moved my workouts to 5am also, it was the only time nothing else ever came up.

I’ve moved whenever I could. Too busy to write anything down. Lot’s of walking, going to gym, weights and running myself ragged. 40 more days until the wedding - 41 days until I can relax!
Dress alteration went well on Saturday. It fit better than when I first picked it up so that’s great news!
Definitely going to the gym tonight! I really want to drop 7+ pounds by the big day
Hi guys. It just so happens that October 18th is Sweetest Day. It was just a coincidence on our part when we set the date but I think it’s cute none-the-less.
For those of you not in the Northeast - Ever since 1990 something, Sweetest Day always falls on the third Saturday in October. It was invented by American Greetings Corp. - go figure....
