So much for my plans—I ended up overeating yesterday. I had lunch out with a friend and also ate too much the rest of the day.

Well today is a new day and the only real damage would be continuing to overeat, which I do not plan to do.

I had cereal with raspberries and soymilk for breakfast and now I am off on my walk.

I am back on track with my eating and that feels good.

I had a long walk this morning and spent the rest of the day doing errands and chores. Not too exciting, but I feel accomplished.

I have been surfing iTunes for various Fitness and Nutrition podcasts and they have lead me to some good web sites too… kinda like how I found MTM land which is still my mainstay.

Fit Girl - I listened to her two most recent ones today and they were great for motivation
Naked Nutrition Radio - I enjoy the web site too NakedNutritionNetwork.com - lots of great info for free - lots of other sites to jump to too.

Edit - opps - I replied to the post at the end of page one… red face it doesn’t make much sence here - but give them a try anyway and enjoy.

Yes - I did for a while - but to tell you the truth I found her speaking manner to be a bit too slow to the point where I chose to stop listening.  I felt like she was trying to hypnotize (sp?) me.

That’s really interesting. I love her voice. It is so easy to listen to. Isn’t it great, how many podcasts are out there??

Thanks I had a great Sunday.

Yesterday I went for my hour walk in the afternoon and I developed a pretty bad stomach ache. I walked slowly and took some breaks. When I figured out it was a big problem I was too far into my walk to just go home (wouldn’t have saved much time). So I don’t know what it up with that. I have noticed stomach aches a few other times recently as well. I am trying to see if they coincide with an event or something I have eaten. I think eating too fast makes a difference and maybe too much diet soda, but I am not sure.

Today was a rest day for me.

I had such a busy week. I overate on Wednesday—take out pizza and cookies for dessert, but the rest of the week I have been back on track.

I have made room for exercise everyday, but Tuesday and that feels good. Today I went for a long walk after work.

I am about to make supper—a bowl of soup and then I am going to a friend’s house for the evening to watch a movie. Right now I am tired, but I am looking forward to getting out and socializing tonight.

I spent a wonderful summer day with friends. Chatting and enjoying the beautiful weather. We walked a bit, but mostly it was a rest day for me.

Today I started the day with a walk and later on I biked to do my errands. I am planning to do a crock pot meal tonight so I won’t have too much to do to get dinner on the table.

This afternoon I am just vegging out watching TV.
