Sorry about your track meet. I’ve been wondering how it went. Are you liking your job?

Awww, that meet sounded like lots of fun! When we have an MTM get together, we so need to have one of those!

Just thought i would pop back in here...briefly.  I have still been working out 5-6 days per week and most of that on my own...hard to mesh my new schedule with my trainer.  I read a great book called Mindless Eating that has challenged me to change a few things nutritionally.  I am starting to see the scale budge a little bit...finally!

I leave for Tanzania tomorrow morning with the youth group from our church.  We will be building an orphanage in Dar Es Salaam.  My son went 2 years ago and is returning this year.  I look forward to spending time with him before he goes off to college.

I feel really badly about not posting more often or keeping in touch.  I will work on managing my time a little differently when I return on 8/15/2008.

Until then, thanks for being so encouraging!

Lisa, it was great to hear from you and I hope to hear more about your trip when you return. Your body fat percentage is great. Hope I can get even close to that someday.

Yes…
Have a great trip...we can’t wait to hear about it.
Sounds like you’re on the ball so to speak with the exercise...great going.
Tanzania is beautiful...not that I’ve been.  But I’ve seen pictures.
