75% of max heart rate keeps me at about 11 minutes per mile.

Drove a few hours to stay at a B&B;in the Shenandoah Mountains.

Cavern tour in Luray, hourseback riding in Stanley, winery in Barboursville…

...fun and very very relaxing!
