I am drooling over the P90X. 12 workouts, muscle confusion, killer routines. Who wouldn’t want that?

Today (Wednesday): P90 sculpting
Does having a double sleepover count? The estrogen level is at an ultimate high. So is the volume level. ohh

Hey back M! I’m having fun on there too. And entering in what I eat, yesterday was a horrible food day, but what the heck.

Yesterday (Friday): P90 sculpting

Today (Saturday): rest day, but we’re planning on more badminton.

I’m going to go for my first run in months tomorrow. I’m going for 1/2 a mile around the subdivision, then Tuesday I start my official 1/2 marathon training. It’ll be so nice to get back to running.

The “small” training schedule Steve has posted. Is that a Jeff Galloway? I’ll be wearing my brace, and taking an ibuprofen right before (per doctor’s orders).

I scheduled the running to coincide with my P90 training so I’d have one full rest day a week. No way I could live without my lazy day.

Jeff Galloway uses the run/walk method to avoid injuries..... and finish in great time too!

Sunday: P90 cardio/abs and RAN 1/2 MILE!!!

Ran outside, hadn’t really noticed those hills there before, by time I’d kept my usual pace of 5mph from the treadmill days. Knee feels fine, breathing was hard, maybe the humidity. I run a mile tomorrow, so I’ll be doing the run/walk method. I wanted to run the “whole” half mile so I had a good gage on knee pain. I’m thinking I need a new pair of shoes though. Darn.

Be careful of your knee. Just don’t push too hard too fast . .  . but enjoy yourself.

I did check out JG, not in detail, but I’m headed to the library soon, I’ll see if they have a book. Knee still feels great. Today is a 1 miler scheduled, I’ll do the walk/run method. And since Steve has added a 10K to the mix, I’m seriously considering that instead. Simply because of the lack of running lately. But it depends on how I feel, and so far, I feel great!!!

Monday: hardio, P90 sculpting
