Hey everyone! The summer craziness has begun and I’ve been away from the computer too much. But I’ve been doing OK. The other day we went for ice cream. I’d been craving it all day (darn aunt flo), and finally went for it after supper. I wasn’t hungry, but couldn’t get the craving to stop. The really bad part was I finished Mouse’s ice cream too.
Yesterday I had a major popcorn craving, but I managed to convince myself it wasn’t necessary.
Reezer, have you tried having some hot tea instead of food? Just some yummy herbal tea, no caffeine. Drinking hot liquids helps to fight hunger, and the sweet taste of an herbal tea may help with the flavor thing.
