Oh no… sniff… sniff.  My sympathies.  As you can see by my avatar I am a cat lover.  I know it can be very sad to lose a loved family pet.  Hope you are feeling settled about it.

Take care

I guess it’ll take a while to remember that she is not here anymore.
Hard habits to change; expecting her furry body to jump on the bed in the night or curl around my legs as I make dinner.

You will miss her for a while.
My parents had to put one of their’s down last summer.  They called me the day before to tell me of their decision.  I was a basket case for several days.  I didn’t help when someone at school (I was taking a university course) asked me that morning if I was the one with 4 cats… i was at the time (2 are mine 2 are my parents) but by the end of the day I’d only have 3.  That set me off… but I explained my tears and my classmates were understanding.  Riley was one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever had.  He gave the best hugs.

At Christmas we counted up all the cats our extended family have - we got to 19.  There are also several dogs, a few horses and a donkey!

Sorry to read about your cat, Monica.

What kind of yoga do you do? Are you following a program, or do you have your own routine?

Sorry about your kitty, Monica.
It will get easier with time.
Just keep on moving and everything will feel better.
Hang in there.
