Has anyone ever tried hypnosis to control appetite and behavior to lose weight?
I was thinking of giving it a try as an additional tool to help me along the way. I exercise regularly and like healthy foods but I am not consistent with my eating habits and am an emotional eater; good one day and bad the next. I know this isn’t a quick fix but was thinking/hoping it might give me a little boost.
Any advice on this subject?
