I love noticining how different things feel when I’m working out!! Especially when an exercise becomes easier and I can do it better. I’ve noticed that with planks recently. I started on my hands doing 10 - 15 seconds and worked up to a minute - this week I am now trying the harder version on my elbows but I am backing the time back to 30 seconds - made 35 sec on my last one yesterday!! Love the burn because it means my midsection is getting smaller!!
May I make a suggestion, Monica? Instead of writing “nothing”, which sounds kind of negative on yourself, maybe “rest day”?
It’s hard that you’ve got to give up sleep to get your walking in, but maybe your schedule will have some “give” to it soon and maybe you can arrange things so you have a little more free time. Meanwhile, I’m seeing some variety in your program (yoga, resistance, etc.) which is great.

Peace and joy,

I’ll think about it Ann. Writing ‘nothing’ does not feel negative to me and it is, after all, my challenge.
Logging on with regularity and keeping track is my main goal in participating in the challenge.
Thanks for your thoughts.
Day fourty (May 9) - nothing
Day fourty one - nothing
Day fourty two - nothing
Day fourty three - dug a big hole and filled it
Day fourty four - nothing
Oh no… sniff… sniff. My sympathies. As you can see by my avatar I am a cat lover. I know it can be very sad to lose a loved family pet. Hope you are feeling settled about it.
