No yoga last night. The TV was taken up with the Wii. As it is right now again. The newness will wear off and I’ll just have to fight normal tv viewing.

Tonight Jenn and I did Yoga Booty Ballet: cardio caberet. I caught a cold and feel like crap. Starving too. So I’m feeding myself healthy, and trying to ignore the sinus crap. If only preschoolers didn’t sneeze in your face all the time, literally. Ick. I felt good while working out, so that’s good.

I’m thinking a nice hot bath is in order.

TOM, I’m still hopeful on the WWH, if nothing else, I’ll still do the 5k. There’s no way this is so bad I won’t be able to do that. I do miss running terribly. Especially now that the weather is wonderful outside, and an evening run sounds so good. I’ll just keep fantasizing about it. My power 90 bootcamp will be done by then and I should be at my goal weight/ bf% and have no problems. I want to get down another 20 pounds, or to 20% bf.

I figure 90 days of intense focus and swim suit season as a constant reminder, this is so done. I’m ready to be at my best.

Bree,
sounds like a good plan… you should never run (or exercise) when your injured (just listen to Steve ‘Runner’-LOL)It would be great if you could get your body well enough to do it though! The 5K is a good goal too! either way, your a winner!

I hate colds and rarely get them, but you are surrounded by the germs and it’s natural (just sucks!)

WII is so much fun, I remember when we first got it, my arm was sore for a week from tennis.....with the TV used, you might be better off!

Bree,
Hang in there. I know how much you can miss getting that run in.

Soon you’ll be pounding the pavement again!

Hope you’re feeling better!

You’re doing great Bree. Your knee will get better soon enough. Don’t over do it on it.

No worries. I’ll get the OK before I go back to my love.

The cold isn’t too bad today, the worst symptom today is very dry eyes. I would take eyedrops, but I have this silly fear of things going into my eyes. Which would be why contacts and I don’t go well together.

Today Jenn and I did pilates. It went even better than last time. So, pilates is a fine mistress until my first love comes back to me.

I feel dirty. tongue wink

Thanks, Candy! I’m having too much fun with funky avatars.

Jenn and I did Kundalini yoga this afternoon. Completely delightful. I could only feel one tender spot on my knee a couple of times, so a huge improvement.

Power 90 is on the truck to be delivered today, can’t wait to view it! Even Hubby said he’d watch it with me, and possibly do it also!!! Could I do this on my own? Yes. Would I? I don’t know, but it is easier to have a system to follow. I’m so sure about hitting my ultimate goal, that I just ordered a Vicoria Secret bikini. Here’s a pic of it, in the color even.

And yes, there will be a ton of pictures when I get there.

Bree, you are gonna look awesome in that bikini!

You’ve inspired me!(Not to get into a bikini, since even if I was thin, it wouldn’t be my vibe! rasberry )

LOVE my chiropractor, by the way!

And medical in Canada is now covering accupuncture. But I don’t think I want to take off that many articles of clothing! XD!

Oh, come on Brandon, you could so pull off a bikini!  LOL Just think of what your brothers would say then!!! And I say go for the acupuncture, these are professionals, and have seen so much worse than you could possibly show them. Dare you!

The p90 was supposed to get here yesterday. It was on the truck to be delivered, and didn’t make it. So, I will call today if it doesn’t show up. I really want to watch it first to know if I have to wait until after I see the doc again.

While I was typing, it came!!! Yay!

Thanks, Carrie, you too!

I’ve watched the videos, and have decided to hold off until I get the OK from the doc. There are a lot moves with impact, not a ton of impact, but more than I’m comfortable with until I get an OK.

So I’m still doing yoga this week, oh darn. tongue wink
