Good stuff Marcy, sounds like you are really getting into the weights.

You’re doing awesome, Marcy. Keep it up. I think it’s important to have some of the basic exercise tools in your home. It’s great to be able to do crunches and use the hand weights while watching the boob-tube.

As far as your avatar and smiley menu question I would write a quick note to Carlyn. I’m sure she’ll fix you up in a jiffy!

P.S. Does anybody know why the avatars don’t show up on the 100 days anymore?  They’re in the individual threads, but not the overall review.  Also, I don’t see my menu of smileys anymore!!!!!!

Hi Marcy! I was just skimming through the forum and thought I’d jump in here.

Don’t worry - you haven’t lost the ability to splash your posts smileys smile They should be right where they’ve always been…
- For “Fast Reply”, the “Smileys” menu will appear directly above your reply box
- For “Post Reply”, the “Smileys” menu is directly to the left of your reply box

I’m a bit confused by your question about the avatars in the 100 days forum. As far as I can remember, the only place where avatars have been visible has always been in the individual threads; but the overall review section shouldn’t display any photos, only the titles of the individual threads. (Although… that’d be a cool idea! Hmmm… smile ) Maybe I misunderstood what you wrote—does that sound right?

I’m catching up on your thread a bit, and it looks like you’re doing pretty well with your trainer. I’m glad to read that you got some weights and a ball for home. They’re both SO versatile and are definitely my favorite workout tools too!

Keep up the great work!
