A wonderful resource for stretching at your desk

For those who wish they knew what sort of stretches they could do at their desk, check out this YouTube video.  It’s about three and a half minutes long, and goes through 12 stretches—illustrated!—covering most of the upper body.  The video is accompanied by soft, elevator-type music.

The video recommends you do these stretches once every hour or so.  I just went through it, and my upper body feels so much better!  Highly recommended!
