OK - it’s been awhile since I updated you guys on my progress.

So… I thought I would jump start this thread with a new pic.

Number one was taken about 14 months ago.

The second was snapped while on a bike ride to the beach last weekend.  (I’m such a biker dude right?)

OK, I tripped upon this thread again after following it to see someone’s before/after pic mentioned in another post.  They look great, Sweetea/Carrie!  Amazing work!

And then, I trip upon the Scott biker pic at the end of the thread - nice.  I’m digging the threads, my friend.

I love to see pics, so if anyone has anything to share, please do… keep the thread going.  There are so many inspirational pics in here… I’m loving it.

Cheers,

Suzzy!  Thank you so much for posting your pictures!  You did an awesome job and continue to do so by seeking out support and staying the course.

For me, maintaining the 100+ weight loss was tougher than the actual losing of it? If that makes sense. The thrill of losing it and having it be gone was over and slowly the old habits snuck back in. . . . (hence the reason I’m here and doing it AGAIN ... arggggg )

Three years is such a HUGE accomplishment. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

It’s soooo inspirational for all of us.
You go girl! BYOTB for SURE!
