That’s totally AWESOME! A feeling money can’t buy, but you still need money - to buy the pants!
Big congrats - Keep it up!

Day 56
Rest Day
Day 57
Rest Day
Day 58
I didn’t plan for it to be a rest day, but I had the worst migraine I’ve ever had, and was completely incapacitated!  Yuck!

Today will be better, though, I just wish I could plan these workouts better.

I can sympathize about migranes.  Eat and sleep well.

I find flexibility in my workout schedule is important. I don’t always get everything I planned in but getting 20 minutes is better than nothing.  If life gets in the way, I look for a way around it.  And sometimes a break is just what is needed.

Good luck on planning.  Keep on moving!!

Day 59
20 minute walk on treadmill
12 minutes on elliptical

I went faster last night than I ever have, and I can really feel it in my muscles today.  It feels good, though.  Tighter, and that’s the goal!

I can’t relate to the migraines, I don’t get them. My wife on the other hand does. Light sensitive, vomiting, the works. She claims she can feel the earth’s rotation.  Anyways, when she feels one coming on she eats a couple bananas and drinks lots of water. Any exertion and it comes back so her day is still done, but at least she is not incapacitated. Whatever headache is left is fixed with ibuprophen. She has to do this at the first sign though. If she wakes up with one or misses the first signs, she’s done.  Do you have any remedies that work for you?

No.  That was only the second one I’d ever had.  I’m not prone to them.  I took a Phenergan, 2 advil, and went to bed.  When I woke up, the migraine was gone, but I felt like I’d been hit by a bus.  I hope it’s the last one I’ll have, but I’m sure it won’t be.

Yes, I’m still moving!!  I just didn’t get a chance to log, because I was getting ready for vacation.  I haven’t had anymore headaches, but I’ve had a whole lot of fun!

Day 67
I played catch yesterday for about an hour with my husband and my son.  They wore me out!  It was a great workout, even though when I started, I didn’t feel like I was doing much.  Softball starts on Monday, and I’m really getting warmed up!

Day 68
I played catch again for quite a while.  Then, I had a short workout:
10 minute treadmill
5 minute elliptical

My tummy muscles are very sore today.  I’m not sure if it’s the 20 situps I did yesterday, or the hours of catch I’ve been playing.  I’m having the best time being active.

Day 69
30 minute treadmill
10 minute elliptical

I ate just enough calories today, and I even tried some new recipes!  Next week we’re starting a Biggest Loser kind of thing at the office, and I want to be at the top of the list!

Good Luck Sarah… but I’m sure you won’t need it - you’ve been doing very well on your own.  Just keep it up!!

Rest Day

Some muscles are sore from softball, that I didn’t expect to be sore.  I rested up for the next practice!

That’s whats so great about doing different things for exercise, everything seems to use different muscles.  Keep having fun with your softball.
