So for all of you who like to indulge in a soda or are completely addicted to the stuff, join me in a soda challenge. This is not a challenge to quit drinking soda, but rather bring awareness to how much we consume and discourage us from reaching for that second soda.
This will be a two week challenge starting on Earth Day (Tue April 22) and we’ll celebrate our victories on Cinco de Mayo (Mon May 5).
Challenge Rules:
For every ounce (or 30 mL) of soda consumed (including diet) you must do one or a combo of the following:
1. 5 Crunches
2. 1 Push-up
3. 1 min Jumproping
4. 5 Jumping Jacks
Example:
You have a 20 oz soda at lunch. You can do 100 crunches or mix it up and do 10 pushups and 10 min Jumproping.
