Kev, how much or how little matters as long as you move.

Day 001 of 100

Well i know i cant make the Gym after work due to other comitments, so....
In the past i would have just called it a rest day, but....
Went for a site visit without the site vehicle
so....
Day 1 is brisk walking for just over 1hour (very hard going in the wind and wet mud lol)

So the journey to 100 days has begun
Not as well as i hoped but.... a lot better than nothing

HI Kev,
Life gets in the way sometimes, and being flexible helps. Exercising doesn’t always mean going to the gym, so good alternative.

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

Kev it’s better than nothing right, maybe you just have to figure out some sort of schedule.
