I used my nike+ sport package today for the first time. It was actually pretty cool! I like the fact that I can see the history to know if/how i’ve improved.
While I didn’t make my goal for January, I think I’ve finally gotten my mind back where it needs to be.

Alright...so I’ve been MIA for a couple of months. In that time I haven’t done a lot of moving. However, I completed my first 5K on 4/5. I came in last, but I finished it. It was a trail run, and lived up to it’s name, Muddy Trails!! My husband ran with me, well, he ran, then came back and finished with me! We started a new program at work where we are tracking our walking and eating. It actually started today, so I decided to get my butt back in gear and start writing here again. I apologize to all of you who supported me for dropping off. I hope everyone is doing well.

Great to see you back, Tammy! The good news is that you keep coming back, so you obviously want this.
Great job on the 5k!
