Day 42

60 Minues LSB on treadmill.  Another one of those times when 60 minutes seemed very, very, very long.

Lost 2 pounds this week.

Getting ready to go down and do today’s LSB.  It will go faster because I have a Daily Boost and Fitness Boost to listen to as well as watching Biggest loser.

EDIT:
Day 43
8 minute warmup
20 minute You on a Diet workout
64 minute treadmill LSB

Day44
55 minutes LSB

About 3 or 4 times during the walk it felt like my right knee just gave out.  So I guess it is good that tomorrow is my rest day.

Thanks Catherine!

Day 48 - I kept my promise to get outside for a long walk even though it was only 28 degrees out.  I walked from my house to my sister’s which is 6 miles.  It took me 2 hours which is a good pace for me right now and I wore my heart monitor and kept within my range.  I am going to use this walk as a gauge and see how much time I can cut off. By the way, my sister gave me a ride home.  tongue laugh

I decided that this week is going to be my week ‘off’ for several reasons:

I just finished the second round of SMSM
It’s ‘that time’ of the month
I’m going to be working some extra hours this week
I’m going to be working on spring cleaning this week.

By a week ‘off’ I mean that I am committing to 45 minuts of exercise for 4 days this week instead of 60 minutes for 6 days.

So Day 49 - 45 minutes LSB on treadmill.

Good Job on evaluating the “situation” and deciding on an appropriate plan!!  Taking it easy is sometimes a good thing.  I’m happy to see you are still including exercise - way to go!!  Enjoy the cleaning (it should count in your exercise quota)!!

Continuing on with my week ‘off’.

Day 51 and Day 52 - rest days.  I went to see The Producers on Wednesday, the national tour finally made it to Vermont.  It was great!  I wonder how many calories laughing burns.  Thursday was dinner at Mom’s.  Also worked extra hours at work all week.

Day 52 - 45 minutes LSB while watching the Red Sox game.

I’ve got 2 more days of my week off then Monday I load up SMSM for my third round and get back with a vengeance.

Day 53 - I considered a rest day but did do a 30 minute walk outside and did my stair challenge - that’s where I see how many times I can go up and down the stairs without stopping.  I’m up to 12.  Plus I did do a set of push ups.

Day 55 - 60 minutes of LSB on the treadmill

My week ‘off’ is over, back to 6 days a week.  I had to do the treadmill later than usual as I worked late, had to stop at the store and so I didn’t get home until 7:30.  I will have to use a Guided Motivation or two to help me relax and get to sleep tonight.

Haven’t had time to post the last few days.

Day 56 - 60 minutes LSB
Day 57 - 60 Minutes LSB
Day 58 - rest day

Still working extra hours at work, trying to get a couple projects done so I can start a real big one next week.

Tried on some pants from my ‘too small’ pile and was able to move a couple pairs into the ‘I can wear now’ pile.

Day 59 - 40 minutes NSLSB (not so long slow burn)

I am programmer on call this weekend and got a call from work just as I hit 40 minutes.  Had to stop and take care of a few things, in fact I’m still doing so.  Writing this while I’m waiting for a job to run.

So tomorrow, I will do extra exercise.

Had to deal with some more work stuff today.  There have been some weeks when I’m on call that I get no calls at all.  So far, this weekend is making up for those weeks.

But did do 30 minutes of misc. exercises with the resistance bands, plus some squats, lunges and stairs.  And then did my 60 minute LSB.

Thanks for checking up on me.  Work got in the way this past week and I had to let a few things slide, including the forum.  But I did get in my exercise.

Sunday Day 61 - 60 minutes LSB
Monday Day 62 - forced rest day - worked all evening
Tuesday Day63 - 60 minute walk outside
Wednesday Day 64 - 60 minutes LSB
Thursday Day 65 - rest day
Friday - Day 66 - 40 minute walk at lunch time, some stairs and push ups at night after I got home from a play
Saturday - Day 67- 1.5 hours Yardio raking, 30 minutes on treadmill
Sunday - Day 68 - 63 minute walk outside

And I did lose another pound.

My on call week is done so I should be able to spend more time on the forum this week.

Edit for today Day 68, also did an hour of Yardio
