I am sure that one day you will be able to do crunches/sit ups.  it is all about core strength and by moving and working on it you will be blowing those crunches out of the park!!!!

Day 21:  AM Workout 45 min Power walk
AM Workout 30 min Pilates DVD

Weather has been lovely first thing in the morning Bree.  Mainly I walk first thing because if I didn’t I’d never get round to it.  My core is improving!!  I’ve done my pilates dvd 3 times this week and I’m starting to be able to do more of the moves.  I’m so excited to see a change already.  smile
