OK, I’m recovered from the shock. I rarely drink any soda at all. When I do, it’s diet, but I don’t drink it alone. It’s always accompanied by a meal, so I’m not too worried about that. What got me is my Splenda love. That’s artificial, but does anyone know if it’s as bad?
Regardless, I think I’m going to switch to raw sugar or honey, depending on what the use is. I’ll let you know if it helps me bust through this forever long plateau. I tend to bounce below, then above, then settle back. Anyway, a week back to the normal stuff can’t hurt me.
