I have been doing great since Jan 28 and still going strong.

I am 35, and 107kg (235.4lb) and have been doing C25k for a little while and Curves workouts. Usually ending up doing around an hour in total a day.
I live in a small town south of Sydney and spend up to 15 hours a day working or travelling BUT this works in my favoure as I need to exercise to go to sleep.  Strange but true. smile

I am very happy with my exercise regime and fully intend to do the whole 100 days and enter a 10k race. We shall see!!!

OH I have just finish week 1 as I tend to move from one program to another as my mood suits, but I usually do some sort of interval, but I seem to have settled on this Robert Ullrey one. When I get bored with his music, I switch to the POdrunner interval.

For the other question...what is C25k it stands for Couch to 5km and has lots of versions the best being the POdcast for running (Robert Ulrey)

I tell you it was a struggle getting out to run this morning after a 12 hours night shift but I went!
