Wrong type of glider Tom.  The whole flying thing would be cool but I do not have the courage (faith?) for that first step.

A glider is what a Gazelle is.

Hi Bree, my V-day was fine, just another work day for me.

Finally got moving today-

Did leg lifts in the am

Walked in the afternoon about 38 minutes and then came home and did the glider for about 13.

I have got to do my home work and plan my week in regards to both exercise & food.

OK, I did it, I did my homework! cheese

I got my small notebook and did a page for each day of the week and roughed out times, some meals and when I would exercise.  Today that was as 6.30 when I got home and I did


15 minutes on the glider
7 min weights pushups (against glider) leglifts

13 m on bike with 2 intervals
7 M on glider
10 m stretching weights leg lifts and 20 pushups against glider

Now it is after 9 pm and I still have dinner to eat.

Wow-it has been a lot of time since I posted.  Of course the reason is no exercise.

I got a cold last week and went for a walk today and then shopping.  It totally wore me out.  I was wearing my HRM for the walk and carrying the bags in brought my HR into my Target zone.

I am at work 6 days a week and work from home on Sunday.  I have got to eat better so I can stay healthy. 

Tax time-Counting down the days!
