We had a thread going last year-EIGHT long months ago.  So now that it is starting again, a new thread for it.

It is Wednesday and ABC is showing the last episode of last season.

How much of it do you remember?

I did not remember it was the “flashforward” episode.  I did not like the flash forward.  I like the pop ups ABC has on it as sort of a cliff notes for it.

Did you watch it last night? What is up with the “flash forwards” instead of flash backs? Not sure what I think of those yet. Otherwise it was a good season premier. I’ll miss Charlie. I hope they show him in some of the flashes from time to time.

Question:
So who would you follow? Jack or John Locke?

I think I would follow Hurley (& Locke).  I think after all this time on the island I would not trust Jack but I totally trust Hurley and that this was Charlie’s dying message to us.  Also, I would be in whatever group Sawyer was in because he is SO CUTE!

I really hate the flash forwards.  I hope this is the end of them.

Charlie may still be alive-Locke and the one eyed guy seem to survive everything.

I loved it. I missed the last season, but I’m back into it now. The little notes on the bottom of the screen really helped a lot.

Obviously Jack made an error in judgment because he wants to go back.

Here’s something, did Locke have any family? I’m trying to figure out who is in that coffen.

You are right M. Charlie may just as well still be alive. I would also follow Locke and Hurley. But the fact that manipulative Ben is with them concerns me. He’s one crafty dude.

Brandon, what words on the screen do you mean? Did I miss something?
Locke had his Dad but he killed him in Season 3. But again, people that die don’t always stay dead. I think the person in the coffin is someone we haven’t met yet. Yes, Jack goofed but we don’t know how or why.

Hi Emmi,

On Wednesday, ABC reshowed the season ender from last year.  Since it was so long since it was on, there were little pop ups on the bottom.  It may be available on ABC.com.

The BEST episode since season 2.  I loved it.  The flashback was about the chopper crew.

It was not one of those flash forwards.  YEA!!!!!

What did everyone else think?

And who is the actor playing the chopper pilot?

My husband STOPPED watching Lost at the beginning of last season, saying that they “Never explained anything and nothing ever happens on the episodes"--this year he is watching (In part because nothing else is on...but I’ll take it).  I thought last night’s episode was great, ooh don’t know why “the rescuerers” want Ben....intriguing.  And wow, that dude who came to see Hurley in the institution has something to do with the “rescue”?!?!?!  Wow.  Will be interesting to see how they end this.

Another good episode. Another flash forward but a good one about “------"(I don’t want to spoil it for anyone).

Another one of the “Oceanic 6” ID’d. Four identified now, two to go. At the end when they were at the vet’s (?) with the dogs did you think Vincent would be there as a one of the “Oceanic 6”?

What did you think about Daniel time experiment?
And Naomi’ bracelet in the flash forward?
And the person at the vet’s at the end?

Holy crudmuffins!!!!  Ok, I admit that I have always had _________________ as my favorite character.  The flash forwards and all kept me on the edge of my seat and well...meeeow.  I don’t think Vincent will be one of the six, but what about Desmond? Is he one...he was on the helicopter.....great great episode.

But would he count as one of the 6 since he wasn’t on Oceanic 815?  That is why the person showen at the very end does not count as one of the “Oceanic 6”.

The flash forwards and all kept me on the edge of my seat and well...meeeow.

Right there with you Julie-at the end I was “Holy non-fat crud muffins!”
