I’ve been listening to MTM for a while, and I’ve finally decided to jump in here. I’m feeling goofily nervous, so I’m really not going to do much here other than just jump in there and get started
A quick note about who I am, I’m a 34yr old SAHM of one wonderful almost 2 yr old little boy. Funny thing, I thought being at home would give me more time to take care of myself… but it hasn’t worked that way for me. I weigh more now, and am more out of shape, than I ever have been. I want to be able to bike with my little guy in the bike trailer this summer. I want to be able to go for long walks in the wonderful parks we have around here. So I’m starting where I am, and I’m moving forward. One step at a time.
Day 1 is today!
30 minutes using the old WATP DVD. Couldn’t do all the “moves” but kept moving through the whole thing, I’ll get there eventually. I need to get to bed earlier, so I can do it in the morning before the little guy is up. Trying to do it with him around is just asking for trouble in a “Whoops, knocked the baby down again” sort of way… But I do think it’s good for him to see mommy moving!
