Hey guys…
Just wanted to say Hey… and get the ball rolling for the new year.
I used today as a prep day to get the new game plan lined up.
Healty food. Check.
iPod loaded. Check.
Week’s workout schedule. Check
Commitment. Check.
Pounds to lose. Check.
I will catch up with you guys as I get back in the swing of posting in the forums.
I hope everyone is doing great and had a great New Years Eve.

I hope you had a good holiday season. I look forward to watching your progress. Have you been keeping up with your weight lifting? I miss your clever names for the exercises.
Glad to see you back.

Hi Tschad,
happy New Year and new beginnings from Germany. Keep up the works and you will reach your goals. I am committing to the Challenge too and went our for an hour run in the sun. It is freezing cold outside but still felt awesome.

Chad just let me know that for some odd reason, he can’t post to his own thread. But wants everyone to know he’s reading what you post, and can and will keep posting on other threads. We’re sorry for the screwiness of this situation, but rest assured, we will have Chad posting back to his thread again soon.

August Goal: make every day count. And world domination.
Starting weight = 300 lbs
Weight as of Jan 1 2008 = 252
Current weight = 250
Goal weight = 199 (So I can say I weigh under 200 lbs!)

Strange that it worked...cuz when I submitted the post I still got the dreaded error message.
Oh, well. At least it’s going!!

I won’t bore you with the details of the last week...the quickie version goes a little like this:
Sick. Sick. Cough. Cough. Still Sick. Hit the gym. Still sick. Hit the gym. Cough. Cough. Can’t sleep. Hit the gym.
I’m so glad I can post again! Yay!
Tonight I did not want to do the gym thing cuz I’m still coughing so much, but my body doesn’t really feel sick...just congested.
I did 4 reps of 12 each of the following:
Front lat lifts
Side lat lifts
Shrugs
Supersetted two types of grips on overhead shoulder presses
rear delt machine. A new addition to my gym...I can finally say goodbye to disco pulls! Do you know how embarassing those are??
Then I did 30 minutes on the new elliptical.
My gym has also added a bunch of individual-screened DVD player/TV Tuner to a lot of the cardio equipment. Now, thats the way to beat the boredom!!
