I have heard Scott’s motivation to move program and I hear him say “have you done your homework” what does he mean by that?  If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.  I am new to all of this forum stuff.....
Thank you,
Chantal

Just write out your goals for the week.

Here’s mine: run 1 mile a day, walk 1mile a day, and do yoga at least 3 times.

That’s my homework! You can add in any goals you want, but simplicity is the key. Have fun with it!

Welcome Chantal - a journal really helps with your homework. Like Bree said it is just sitting down every week and looking to see how you did the past week and what you are going to do differently the next week. I am in week 9, day 2 and it really does help to do your homework grin - Sara
