I had a t-shaped plate put in my right wrist on Friday. The doctors office told me I would be in a cast for 6 - 8 weeks. The cast runs from my knuckles to a few inches below my elbow. I am a 40 year old female who worked out at the gym 5 days a week before this happened.
I am actually feeling pretty good and was hoping to spend some time on the recumbent bike later this week. I have a call into the dr asking if this would be okay. Does anyone have any other fitness suggestions that I can run by my doctor?
