It’s the holidays, and that means people are going to be taking lots of pictures, right? I was at an artisan exhibition yesterday, and my aunt bought me a really sexy red shirt as an early Hannukah present. I thought I’d share a picture of me wearing it. (Full body shot—woot!)
Brandon: it was technically my selection, my aunt just paid for it. The conversation went something like this:
Me: “I’ve found this shirt. You’ve got to come look at it with me.”
My Aunt: “Oh, you want a fresh set of eyes to tell you if it looks good?”
Me: “No, I want you to tell me how gorgeous it looks on me and say you’ll chip in to buy it.”
*grin* She agreed that it looked gorgeous, and agreed to not only chip in, but pay for it as a present.
I’ve got to post my favorite holiday picture. This is one of my friend Joe, the fireman, on Christmas night riding his Harley in the snow and ice. Check it out. He’s a real nut, for sure! It was below freezing that night!
Holiday Pictures - what a great idea! And now I have an idea for what to do next Christmas on my Harley. If I can only brave the 65 degree evenings!
Here’s a couple of our Christmas.
1) Me and Joi in our kitchen.
2) Joi feeling happy… as always.
3) Me with my new airplane from my son Austin. It’s kind of like getting a toy pony for Christmas… but next year… I’m thinkin’ a little bigger.
4) Me and Joi at the “ICE” exhibit at the Gaylord Palms Hotel. Everything is made of ice and it’s 9 degrees!
Not sure if this counts as a holiday picture… but it is the last picture of the holiday season.
Joi and I jumped on the Harley today and headed for Mount Dora, FL with my friends Tony and Maria for lunch on the lake. It was a beautiful 72 degrees and lots of sunshine. Not a bad way to wrap up the holiday season.
