If you’re one of the many members about to cross your first 100 days of exercise…
CONGRATULATIONS!
Right about now I bet you’re wondering “what’s next?”
Well, you already stood up, you’ve been taking a step for 100 days, now all you have to do is… you know what I’m going to say - Repeat!
You’ve graduated to the next level. Think about all the habits you’ve broken (even those tiny ones), and all the healthy new changes you’ve added to your life so far.
This first 100 days was just the beginning of an incredible year for you. You’ve already created enough momentum to change your life, so keep counting your days and soon you’ll have an entire year of success under your belt (which I bet will be quite loose on you!)
I’d say you’re an expert on the 100 Days of Exercise Challenge, wouldn’t you? You know better than ever what it takes to reach Day 100, and most importantly, that you can do it. Sounds like you might make a pretty good coach to your fellow members who are on Day 3, Day 20, or even those right along beside you at Day 100.
Go ahead, share your success tips with Mr. Day 20 to help him reach your level of success, and keep enjoying the possibilities that open up when you simply move.
While members will keep joining the 2007 100 Days of Exercise Challenge throughout the year, the next official 100 Days of Exercise Challenge will begin in January, 2008.
