Is anyone else watching this series? It’s hosted by Dr. Oz, whom I love, and is all about what we eat and how it affects our bodies. It’s been fascinating. So far I’ve been shocked to learn that forcing water in any quantity is useless, and that eating tomatoes, or anything with lycopene helps ward off sunburn.

And that detox diets are a joke, and lots of other stuff. It’s really cool, and I recommend this series to everyone.

Oooh, yes!  I’m glad you posted about it, Bree!

I’ve seen two of the episodes and have two more all Tivo’d for when I get a spare couple of hours.  (Like that’s going to happen any time real soon!) LOL

I agree that it does a great job of busting myths in a very entertaining way.

I don’t really watch much TV, but if you feel like passing on any insights you might get from the show, I’d be happy to read them!

Cheers,
