No problem cool smile  - hope it helps explain what I’ve done, what I’m doing, and what kinds of things are possible.

Deb, You’re so awesome!  Thank you for writing all of that down!  I am going to workout to these routines!  You’re going to be so buff by the time you reach your goal!

jody, Congrats on quiting smoking!  What a brave thing to do!  I’m sure it was hard to do, but you’re body & lungs are thanking you for it!  I’m so happy for you!
And I’m pretty impressed that you’re running so much considering that you did smoke for so long.  See, you’re body is already telling you Thanks!  I hope your wife does exercise along with you.  I think that is so important.  Please keep us updated!  Maybe if you took her shopping for some exercise clothes that would get her motivated. smile

I have to admit, if I had the room, I would have a Bowflex by now.  It looks like a marvelous machine!  I like the concept.  How do you like it?  Was it worth the money?

I love it! It was well worth the money; I’ve used it 3-4 days a week since I bought it last fall. I feel much stronger than before and that’s pretty cool!

Hi Kim,
I’m just starting to get more interested in using the Bowflex because I’ve been hearing over & over how muscles burn the calories.  And I’m very interested in burning calories and strengthening my body.
I can’t give you my testimony about it yet, but my boyfriend and my brother has used a bowflex and they’ve had fantastic results.  I think it really works and it is worth the money.  I was actually looking at the Treadclimber today.  It is a treadmill, stepper and eliptical in one (it can do all of those, but not at the same time) but it is kinda pricey.
