Hi everyone

I’m from the beautiful north east here in Hartlepool.

Hope everyone is still managing to move with this wonderful british weather. Attempted a bike ride yesterday but had to change plans as the gale force winds and rain made it near on impossible. So I put the bike back and headed to gym and completed my work out in the warm.

I even found myself doing a double up last thursday! Never thought that would happen in a million years. My thought patterns may well be getting re-wired yeah

Would be great to know how fellow brits are doing
